I really appreciated the free parking, a great amenity . the staff communicated well and were helpful with directions. i was impressed with the ship's historical displays. They added character. the breakfast at lido was lovely (especially the fresh pastries!).

The lobby WAS excellent. I found speedy service, and breakfast WAS amazing. Internet worked perfectly! Concierge and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and excellent. The upper deck offered AMAZING views.
The room had NO openable windows. Beds were also small.

I stayed in a captain's room one king bed. The room was very clean and the bed was AMAZING. The sheets were crisp. The wifi was also speedy and reliable. I streamed movies without ANY buffering. It was fantastic.
The elevators were a bit slow at PEAK times.

I totally loved the historical charm this hotel radiates! The staff were so helpful, especially with directions in the labyrinth style layout. The room had daily complimentary coffee and tea. A nice perk to start the day.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted in the room . I requested a robe, but it was never delivered, a small inconvenience but noticeable. I hope this is fixed soon.
